1. How do I register to use the store?

    You can register by clicking here and filling in the form ensuring you enter details in the compulsory fields. Registering gives you full access to our product catalogue and saves you time when purchasing.

    You can ask for a reminder to be sent to your email address by clicking here .

3. How do I change my details?

    Once you have registered, you are able to change your password, account information and areas of interest.

    If you want to change your password to something more memorable, click here . You will be asked to enter you new password and once changed, an email will be sent to confirm this has been changed.

    If you wish to amend your account information, click here . You will be required to login. This page will allow you to amend your contact details and also your data protection preferences.

4. How quickly will I receive my password to use the site?

    Once registered, you should receive your password within minutes. An email will be sent to your email account quoted when you registered. This email account will also be your user name. The email you receive will contain a quick link enabling you to logon automatically and start using the site immediately. You will also see a quick link to change your password.

    You can search for products using the search box. You can enter either the product name or area of Interest and this will return a list of relevant products. You can also use the drop down menus beside the search box. These allow you to brows by product type or area of Interest. 9. How do I order on the site?

    You can order on the site by using the shopping basket function. This is only available to registered users so please ensure you are registered before purchasing. Once you have found your desired item, click on Add to cart. You can add as many products to your shopping basket as you want. Once you are ready to purchase, you can click on 'purchase items in my cart' and proceed to the checkout. Once you have entered your credit card details and your card is charged, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.                            USA Overnight - $18.00
                           Canada & Mexico - $15.00

    USA 2 Days - $2.00
    USA Overnight - $4.00
    Canada & Mexico - $4.00

11. How long will it take to receive my products?

    Assuming the product has been published and is in stock, the average delivery time for the USA is 1-6 working days

    The average delivery time in Canada & Mexico is 1-2 working days and 1-5 days for International deliveries.

12. How do I request back issues?

13. How do I cancel an order?

    You can cancel your order by calling our advisors on +1 (713) 529 4301   or send them an email  quoting your order number. Any remaining monies will be refunded back to the payee.



14. Will my credit card information be stored by you?

    We do not store your full credit card information, the last 4 digits are retained temporarily as a reference only
